Barbara Gallagher

Barbara Gallagher (McDonald) started her career in the mortgage industry in 1987. After nine years of dedicated effort for three different mortgage companies, she found her home at Welcome Mortgage.

In 1996, Barbara was hired as Vice President and promoted to President the following year. She became partners with Mark Dileo in 2000 when they purchased Welcome Mortgage together.

During her extensive career, Barbara has built strong relationships with realtors and attorneys throughout South and Central Jersey . She has earned their respect and has built a true reputation as a mortgage expert that delivers integrity, dependability, knowledge and accessibility.

Throughout her career, Barbara's expertise has been called upon on numerous regional radio and television shows. She has been a special guest on 89.7 WGLS radio as well as CN8's "Real Life" and a diverse array of news broadcasts including NPR. Barbara's expertise is unparalleled in her industry - and her dedication to the unique and varied needs of her clients is second to none in her field.

In recognition of her experience she was asked to be an Instructor for the finance portion of New Jerseys G.R.I. Course. Barbara was born and reared in Moorestown, New Jersey, where she currently resides with her two children. She is active in her community where she is a volunteer with Hospice and a Red Cross board member. In addition she has just recently established her own nonprofit corporation.

Mark A. DiLeo

Mark A. DiLeo, Partner of Welcome Mortgage Corporation, has spent the last 14 years in mortgage banking. He began his career in 1990 at HLF Mortgage in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, where he quickly gained the respect and trust of real estate agents, attorneys and financial planners in Burlington and Camden Counties.

In 1998 Mark established Fairway Mortgage in Moorestown, New Jersey, and he continued to focus on growing a business built on referrals and strong client relationships. Mark's ethics and integrity are unsurpassed in this industry. His commitment to getting to know each customer and treating them fairly and professionally turns many into long after friends.

Mark resides in Riverton, New Jersey, with his wife and two sons. Mark is widely admired and respected in his community where he is very active coaching several sports and is a member of the School Board.

Joe Creighton

Joe joined Welcome Mortgage Corp. in 2002, bringing with him over 17 years of business experience. Joe has been a life-long resident of the Burlington county area and has been active in school and community events. He is a proud supporter of Southern New Jersey Early Intervention Collaborative, as well as other local charities.

Joe resides in Riverton, New Jersey, with his wife and three children. Joe is very active in the community, working as coach for Sacred Heart CYO girls basketball, Pal Riv soccer and baseball. Joe is also president of the baseball & softball organization - PalRiv AA - and is the chairman of the Riverton Planning Board.

Windy has been with Welcome Mortgage Corp. since 2003. She is a graduate of HCA Business Institute. Windy lives in Marlton, NJ with her husband and three children. She has a warm, friendly, courteous personality with lots of customer service experience. Windy works together with loan officers, processors and customers to assure a successful mortgage transaction. Trudy Bauck

Trudy has been with Welcome Mortgage longer than any active employee. Trudy started with Welcome Mortgage as a part time bookkeeper and through her tenure worked her way up through processor to office manager. Along with processing, Trudy supervises all employees from processors to bookkeeping to licensing. Trudy's fingerprints are all over every success Welcome Mortgage has celebrated. Her dedication and work ethic are the glue that hold Welcome Mortgage together.
