In 2000, Mark and Barbara purchased Welcome Mortgage Corporation and merged it with Fairway Mortgage opening an office in Moorestown , New Jersey . Today, Welcome Mortgage has branches in Philadelphia , PA and Princeton , NJ , and continues to grow based on their original philosophies.

Unlike most mortgage companies, Welcome Mortgage Corporation still provides one-on-one personal service to everyone.
